Hi All,

I love your site & all of the hints. I have a question I
hope you have a hint for. How do you remove ball point ink
from cotton slacks? They are dark green. This is for my
sister-in-law. Many thanks from a daily reader. Eileen S.

Try soaking the item in OxiClean and hot water for a couple
of hours or using dabbing the stain with rubbin alcohol.

Handy Hints #1:

Clean after a steamy bath or shower. The walls, fixtures,
etc., will be much easier to clean because the steam will have
loosened the dirt.

Handy Hint #2:

When cutting sticky cakes, like a cheesecake, slice it quickly
and neatly by using unflavored dental floss. Works like a charm.
